Web Hosting Problems Encountered
Sunday 21st and Monday 22nd saw the MyThoughts for Mac site suffer some serious issues at our Web Hosting Service Provider.
It always kicks off on a Sunday morning when we promise ourselves a tiny bit of family time!
The dedicated site for MyThoughts http://www.mythoughtsformac.com had been moved to a new server at our hosting service provider. Unfortunately for us there were some look-up errors and we found our website URL to be either pointing at ancient web pages or partially loading the current web pages.
With this came the loss of Version 1.1 downloads!
It has been a frustrating couple of days as we waited for the problem to be corrected and propagated around the world.
We have been assured by our Hosting Provider that they have dealt with the problem and everything should be working fine as soon as it has been propagated.
We take customer support very seriously and it has been a nightmare knowing that our system was not delivering the level of service we strive to provide.
To all who tried to download or purchase MyThoughts for Mac via our MyThoughts for Mac site, we are truly sorry for any frustration and inconvenience caused.
We have our fingers crossed all is now running as it should, but should you encounter a problem please contact us and let us know, we would be so very grateful.
