What are the system requirements for MyThoughts for Mac?
MyThoughts for Mac has been designed to make full use of the fab features of Mac OS X and therefore requires MAC OS X v.10.5 or later.

We concentrate all our design and development efforts on creating Mac OS X software. Mac OS X has technologies and features that make the Mac applications clever, sexy and seriously cool. So, as you can guess, it’s where our passion lies.

I want to use my photos on my mind maps, can I use iPhoto?
iPhoto is seamlessly integrated into the MyThoughts for Mac Media Library, all you need do is drag and drop to your mind map, it couldn’t be easier.
Plus, if you have iPhoto Library Manager by Fat Cat Software installed, MyThoughts will detect it and give you a drop-down so you can choose which of your iPhoto Libraries you would like to use when creating your mind map.
I want to add icons to my map, do I need to buy these?
No, MyThoughts for Mac comes with over 2000 high quality images to add to your mind maps.
Plus, MyThoughts for Mac uses drag and drop technology that allows you to add images you choose from sources outside of MyThoughts for Mac. Remember, please respect the copyright of other parties.

Do I get a boxed product when I buy your software?
No, we only sell software electronically via the internet, a great way to start enjoying your software, no waiting for the post to arrive!
Will there be any updates to the software I buy from you?
Yes, we are continually updating our software
Will I have to pay for software updates?
No, updates marked as version 1.X are free.
Please note V.1.0.3 is a Beta release and as such you will receive regular updates free of charge as we continue to enhance MyThoughts and of course deal with user feedback.
What about upgrades?
When an upgrade is released you will be notified that it is available to buy at a special upgrade price.
When you purchase MyThoughts for Mac eSellerate generates a Serial Number unique to you and if you register your trial version through MyThoughts for Mac this number is automatically registered and you are ready to get on with your Mind Mapping.
I am having trouble registering MyThoughts for Mac, what do I do?
If you purchase your Serial Number through this website it is very simple to register MyThoughts for Mac.
With the trial version installed on your Mac. Open MyThoughts for Mac. When prompted enter the serial number issued by eSellerate and be sure to enter your name and serial number exactly as shown on your receipt (case sensitive).

I’ve lost my serial number, what can I do?
It is important that you keep a copy of your order confirmation safe as this is your primary proof of purchase and the order number along with the email address used to place the order are needed to retrieve your serial number from eSellerate. For more please refer to eSellerate’s support page
Can I get a refund?
No, we offer a FREE trial period that gives you the chance to decide if you like the software. As such, once you register your trial version, it’s yours forever with no available refund.
Can I share copies of your software so household members can have it on their Macs?
Making copies is in breach of the License Agreement, We do, however, sell a family pack for such circumstances and ask you purchase this multi-user license for a price not much greater than the single license price. We have tried to keep this affordable as we are a family of Mac users too and appreciate the chance to be honest whilst not paying over-the-top.
When you purchase your User License simply select the Family Pack option.
